Breathwork

Breathwork is a general term that describes intentional breathing to promote healing. In a session, we use different patterns and holds to get out of the mind and into the body, where we can release trauma, stress, and old emotions and shift into a more vibrant state. The effects of breathwork are felt immediately and ripple into all areas of our lives.
