As a therapist, Breanna works with individuals using Cognitive Processing Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and other evidence-based therapy techniques to provide mental health support to people of all ages and stages in life. Special focus on grief and loss, anxiety, depression, self-care, PTSD, pre and post-natal support, and fertility support.
